Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeul de realizare a hârtiei electrolit destinata fabricarii de surse de curent uscate primate de tip R.6, R.14, R.20 de 1,5 volti în constructie "îndesat". Procedeul consta în prepararea si depunerea unei paste electrolit pe ambele fete ale unei hârtii suport electrotehnice. Pasta electrolit are constistenta de 37,6% si contine 2,44% clorura mercurica, 16,57% clorura de magneziu anhidra 4,42% hidroxietilceluloza, 47,12% faina de grai, 29,45% amidon de porumb si 10,01 apa demineralizata. Componentii pastei electrolit asigura functionarea hârtiei electrolit în procesul de fabricare a bateriilor si capacitatea de descarcare a acestora. Compozitia procentuala a pastei electrolitice a fost în asa fel stabilita încât sase realizeze o umiditate de echilibru a hârtiei de 12 + - 1% si un consum ionic de mercur si color care sa asigure performantele electrice ale bateriilor.
