Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la o instalatie pentru comprimarea materialelor granulare, în special pentru îndesarea amestecului de formare în formele de turnatorie utilizînd presiunea unui gaz combustibil. Pentru realizarea presiunii respective se utilizeaza un amestec exploziv alcatuit din gaz combustibil si aer introduse într-o camera de ardere aflata la partea superioara a unor rame de formare si umplere. Amestecul exploziv este omogenizat cu ajutorul unei suflante si aprins cu un dispozitiv de aprindere.
