Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru alimentarea automata a masinilor-unelte si a agregatelor cu semifabricate de greutate mijlocie care necesita prelucrari mecanice pe mai multe fete, flexibile în dispozitive portpiesa, deplasabile pe cai cu role. Instalatia, conform inventiei, este formata dintr-un carucior pe care se afla montat un dispozitiv de rotire-rasturnare corelat cu un ascensor si se afla amplasata între un conveier si un centru de prelucrare prevazut cu o masa rotativa indexata si un dispozitiv de fixare si strîngere compartimentat pentru prelucrarea simultana a doua piese în pozitie verticala sau orizontala. Transferul dispozitivelor portpiesa de pe conveier în instalatie, din instalatie la centrul de prelucrare si invers se face cu împingatoare escamotabile actionate cu cilindriii hidraulici. The transfer of the devices from the conveyor to the plant, from the installation to the processing center, and vice versa is done with retractable pushers driven by the hydraulic cylinders. The installation is provided with a device for identifying the technological state of the semi-product which, depending on this state, triggers both the control of the various elements of the operation of the plant and the control of the processing cycles.
