Abstract
Inventia se refera la mase de turnare utilizabile în industria electronica si electrotehnica, constituite din rasina apoxinica, constituite din rasina epoxidica pe baza de bisfenol A, N,N'-bismaleinimida 4,4'-diaminodifenilmetan si eventual faina decuart, raportul în greutate între componenti fiind 1:0,2.....0,6:0,3.....1:0.....0,8. Procedeu pentru obtinerea maselor de turnare consta în maselor de turnare consta în amestecarea rasinii epoxidice cu N,N'-bismaleinimida la temperatura de 90....120 degree C, timp de 10....30 min, dupa care se adauga 4,4'-diaminodifenilmetan si se continua încalyirea la temperatura de 110....120 degree C, timp de 1,5.....3,5 min, dupa care amestecul rezultat se toarna în matrite si se tratzeaza termic la temperatura de 165....185 degree C timp de 1 h si la temperatura de 190....200 degree C timp de 1....2 h.
