Abstract
Procedeul de polimerizare a stirenului în suspensie consta în faptul ca în mediul de reactie se introduce o combinatie de trei initiatori proxidici si anume, primul este ales dintre peroxidul de orto-metilbenzil, peroxidul de orto-metilbenzil, peroxid de octanoil, peroxid de lauril, peroxid de 3,3,5-trimetilhexanoil, butilperpivalat, tert-butilperneodecanoat, 1,1,1,3-tert-metilbutilperoxi-2-etilhexanoat, al doilea peroxid fiind ales dintre peroxidul de dibenzoil, perctoat de tert-butil sau tert-butilperizobutiratul, iar al treilea fiind ales dintre 1,1-bis-(tert-butilperoxi)-3,3,5-trimetiliclohexan, 1,1-bis-(tert-butilperoxid)ciclohexan, di-tert-butilperoxiazelatul, di-tert-butilperoxitereftalatul, la un ciclu de paliere cuprins între 80 si 115 degree C sau un ciclu continuu crescator, cuprins între 80 si 120 degree C.
