Inventia se refera la un procedeu de confectionare a valturilor de cauciuc policloroprenic, de duritati cuprinse între 50 si 90 grade Shore A cu utilizare în industria textila si a pielariei. Pentru realizare se executa un amestec de legatura alcatuit din : 50 parti cauciuc policloroprenic necristalizat; 1,5 parti fenil-beta-naftilamina; 1,5 parti stearina, 2,0 parti carbonat de magneziu; 70,0 parti oxid de zinc; 30,0 70,0 parti carbonat de magneziu; 70,0 parti oxid de zinc; 30, 0 parti bioxid de titan; 0,7 parti sulf; 1,2 parti disulfura de trametiltiuram; 0,5 parti dibenzotiazoldisulfura; 0,2 parti etilentiouree; 0,2 mercaptoimidazol care se calandreaza în foi de grosime 1 mm, se înfasoara strat peste stat pîna la obtinerea grosimii de 18 mm, peste o ebonita pe baza de cauciuc poliizoprenic aplicata pe un dorn metalic, prin procedee cunoscute.The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of polychloroprene rubber rollers of hardness ranging from 50 to 90 degrees Shore A for use in the textile and leather industry. To achieve this, a binder mixture is made up of: 50 parts uncrystallised polychloroprene rubber; 1.5 parts of phenyl-beta-naphthylamine; 1.5 parts of stearin, 2.0 parts of magnesium carbonate; 70.0 parts zinc oxide; 30.0 70.0 parts of magnesium carbonate; 70.0 parts zinc oxide; 30.0 parts of titanium dioxide; 0.7 parts of sulfur; 1.2 parts of trametiltiuram disulfide; 0.5 parts dibenzothiazole disulfide; 0.2 parts of ethylene thiourea; 0.2 mercaptoimidazole, which is calendered in 1 mm thick sheets, layer over the state until reaching 18 mm thick, over a polyisoprene rubber ebonite applied to a metal mandrel by known methods.
