Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu fizico-chimic de metalizare a obiectelor din sticla. Procedeul cuprinde o prima faza, în care obiectele din sticla sînt inrtroduse într-o incinta în sine cunoscuta, înntr-un cîmp de descarcari ionice avînd intensitatea de 14...15 KVA dupa care, în faza urmatoare, în acelasi incinta, se creeaza un vid avînd volumul de 10 la minus 4.....10 la minus 5 torri, urmata de faza de depunere a unei pelicule continui de aluminiu, prin sublimarea particulelor de lauminiu pe obiectele din sticla, evaporarea aluminiului fîcîndu-se timp de 1'' si 3'', la o temperatura cuprinsa între 18 si 20 degree C, în ultima faza, obiectele metalizate fiind acoperite cu o pelicula protectoare din lacuri poliesterice sau pe baza de derivati celulozici. în procedeul, conform inventiei, se utilizeaza un singur material metalic, constituit din aluminiu, sub forma de sîrma trefilata sau pulbere.
