Abstract

Procedeul pentru confectionarea unor elemente prefabricate din beton si beton armat, conform inventiei, este utilizat pentru realizarea unor elemente pentru tuneluri, în special elemente tubulare, si care, fata de procedeul la care tiparul se curata, fetele acestuia care formeaza produsul se acopera cu lubrifianti care usureaza decofrarea produsului, se introduc, eventual, în interiorul tiparului elementele necesare de adaos, ca, de exemplu, o armatura de fier sau elemente de captusire care permit deplasarea elementului, aceste elemente fiind fixate cu posibilitatea desprinderii lor, apoi se umple tiparul din beton, se prelucreaza aceasta - în mod adecvat prin vibrare - si se lasa sa faca priza, dupa efectuarea prizei produsul se decofreaza din tipar si se aduce pe un mijloc de transport, tiparul golit se curata din nou si se repeta ciclic procesul de mai sus, la decofrare produsul si dispozitivul de ridicare se asigura contra rasturnarii si tiparul este fixat...
