Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor saruri cuaternare de amoniu, bromuri sau cloruri, continînd cel putin o catena alifatica lunga si una sau doua grupe cian-etil cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R1 reprezinta un radical alchil cu 1 pîna la 18 atomi de carbon, R2 reprezinta un radical alchil cu pîna la 18 atomi de carbon sau cianetil, X reprezinta Br sau Cl, pornind de la amine grase (C12-C18) provenite din acizii corespunzatori ai grasimilor tehnice, dupa trecerea prin faza intermediara de nitrili, si anume amina sau amestecul de amine grase corespunzatoare se supun cianoetilarii si cuaternizarii, în aceeasi faza cu acrilonitril si dehalogenpropionitril preparat in situ, la temperaturi de 80...85 degree C.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of quaternary ammonium salts, bromides or chlorides, containing at least one long aliphatic chain and one or two cyano-ethyl groups of the general formula I in which R1 represents an alkyl radical 1 to 18 carbon atoms, R2 represents an alkyl radical having up to 18 carbon atoms or cyanethyl, X represents Br or Cl, starting from fatty amines (C12-C18) derived from the corresponding fatty acids, after passing through the intermediate nitrile phase, i.e. the amine or the corresponding fatty amine mixture, is subjected to cyanoethylating and quaternization in the same step with acrylonitrile and dehalogenpropionitrile prepared in situ at temperatures of 80-85 ° C.
