Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unui vaccin inactiv contra holerei aviare consta în aceea ca, în scopul realizarii unui vaccin cu capacitate protectoare superioara se foloseste tulpina de focar stabilita din punct de vedere al patogenitatii si al structuriiantigenice, eventual stabilizata dupa care tulpina este cultivata pe un mediu de cultura procesul de cultivare continuîndu-se pîna la realizarea concentratie minime urmarite, dupa care cultura obtinuta se inactiveaza apoi se amesteca cu o suspensie inactiva de tesut de embrion de gaina, în continuare acest amestec fiind suspendat în ulei vegetal, în timpul mixarii adaugîndu-se germeni omorîti de Mycobacterium avium.The method of obtaining an inactive vaccine against avian cholera consists in that, in order to achieve a higher protective capacity vaccine, the strain of the pathogenic strain is determined from the point of view of the pathogenicity and of the structurally antigenic structure, eventually stabilized, after which the strain is cultivated on an environment the cultivation process continuing until the desired minimum concentration is obtained, after which the obtained crop is inactivated then mixed with an inactive suspension of chicken embryo tissue, the mixture being suspended in the vegetable oil during the mixing, germs killed by Mycobacterium avium.
