Abstract
Procedeul de fabricare a condensatoarelor electrolitice cu tantal, tip picaturi din anode poroase obtinute prin presarea pulberii cu continut de Ta, conform inventiei, sinterizarea cilindrilor obtinuti în doua trepte, a doua treapta avînd loc în intervalul de temperaturi cuprins între 1650 si 1850 degree C si intercalînd între cele doua trepte de sinterizare faza de sudare prin puncte a portanodelor din sîrma de tantal, dupa care anodele se oxideaza electrochimic pentru obtinerea dielectricului, se acopera cu un strat de bioxid de mangan depus pirolitic ce joaca rol de electrolit solid peste care se depun straturile de contact catodic si se sudeaza terminalul catodic, conform inventiei principale cu descrierea nr. 73239 si a inventiei complementare cu descrierea nr. 80815, în scopul obtinerii unor anode cu produsul CV cuprins între 1000 si 3000 v/g, foloseste un amestec de pulberi constituit...
