Inventia se refera la un stator pentru masini electrice mici, în special motoare electrice cu comutatie electronica cu rotor exterior. Conform inventiei, pentru realizarea unei izolatii complete a statorului s-a procedat la o pulverizare cu termoplast a pachetului de tole din care se compun polii principali si polii auxiliari, astfel ca toate partile ce sustin bobinajul sunt izolate dintr-o operatie si pe ambele parti ale pachetului de tole ale statorului s-au format contururi care asigura o centrare suficient de exacta pe placa portanta sau pe flansa de fixare, care în afara de aceasta pot fi utilizate ca suporturi ale stifturilor de contact sau a marginilor de legatura, piesa de legatura care trece prin butuc, fiind conceputa ca lagar de sprijin pentru arborele rotorului.The invention relates to a stator for small electric cars, in particular electric motors with electronic rotation with external rotor.
