Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie pentru colectarea, transportul si tratarea în conditii de santier a fluidelor formate din amestecuri complexe de hidrocarburi gazoase, lichide si solide cu un continut foarte variat de impuritati solide, lichide si gazoase. Procedeul, conform inventiei, cuprinde colectarea si tratarea complexa a fluidelor extrase atît prin eruptie naturala sau artificiala, cît si prin pompare în sistem închis, ceea ce conduce la diminuarea pierderilor de hidrocarburi volatile, cît si a consumurilor de materiale si energie. Instalatia, conform inventiei, cuprinde un separator bifazic de joasa presiune, un subansamblu de desulfurare, precum si niste coloane de separare-absorbtie si respectiv de stripare-fractionare.The invention relates to a process and a facility for collecting, transporting and treating under construction conditions the fluids formed from complex mixtures of gaseous, liquid and solid hydrocarbons with a wide variety of solid, liquid and gaseous impurities. According to the invention, the process comprises the collection and complex treatment of fluids extracted either by natural or artificial eruption, and by pumping in a closed system, which leads to the reduction of volatile hydrocarbon losses as well as the consumption of materials and energy. According to the invention, the installation comprises a biphasic low pressure separator, a desulphurization subassembly, as well as some separation / absorption and stripping-stripping columns, respectively.
