Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la mase refractare bazice de torcretare, destinate repartitiei la cald sau la rece a cuptoarelor metalurgice sau a altor tipuri de cuptoare captusite cu refractare bazice. Masele refractare bazice conform inventiei sunt alcatuite din 85.....98% magnezic-dolomite, magnezic-spinelice, spinel MgOAl2O3, cromita, magnezic-cromita, calco-magneziene, calcice etc. precum si agregate prevazute din deseurile de caramizi uzate de la cuptoarele vechi 0,2.....5% un liant chimic de tipul cromati sau bicromati sau acizii respectivi: cromic sau bicromic anhudra cromica oxalat de crom sulfat de crom halogenuri de crom clincher de cromat tartrat de sodiu de regula împreuna cu bicromat de sodiu, fosfati alcalini de regula cu catene lungi, 0,2.....5% un agent de sinterizare : cioburi de sticla fina, acid boric, borex/etc, 0.......5% un agent de plasticizare; argila plastica slab refractara bentonita, magnezie caustica, oxid verde de crom fin macinat, dextrina carboximetil celuloza, etc. si o........2% petrol, ulei motorina, stearina parafina etc pentru a elimina praful în procesul torcretarii si de pastrare a produsului în saci, pana la folosire.
