Abstract
Inventia se refera la o structura de constructie parter, pentru locuinte individuale, alcatuita din elemente prefabricate, modulate din beton armat cu fibre de sticla. Structura de constructie parter, pentru locuinte individuale, conform inventiei, are suprastructura constituita din numai trei tipuri de elemente prefabricate, modulate. Un tip de element prefabricat îl constituie un panou de acoperis, un al doilea îl constituie un panou de perete, ambele din beton armat cu fibre de sticla, iar al treilea tip îl constituie un element de soclu. Panoul de acoperis este articulat pe capatul superior al panoului de perete, iar panoul de perete are capatul inferior încastrat în fundatie. Elementele de soclu pot fi înlocuite cu un planseu prefabricat, care poate permite transportul întregii constructii.
