Procedeul de izomerizare a glucozei cuprinde obtinerea glucozei cuprinde obtinerea glucozizomerazei prin cultivarea timp de 36...96h a microorganismului Streptomyces species N 765 înregistrat în colectia Institutului pentru controlul medicamentului Bulgaria sub nr. 143, într-un mediu de cultura de 24...36 degree C si la un pH initial de 6,5...9,0 dupa care se face izomerizarea glucozei la fructoza la o temperatura de 50...90 degree C la un pH=6,0...9 în MgSo4 . 7H2O într-o concentratie de 1x10 la -4...1x10 la-2 glucoza fiind prezenta într-o concentratie de 0,1 pâna la 3M, în prezenta glucozizomerazei din faza anterioara, iar în mediul de cultura pentru cultivarea microorganismului Streptomyces sp 765 producator de izomeraza contine 1,0...2,0% xiloza, 1, 5...4% extract porumb acetat de sodiu 0,25...1,0%.
