Procedeu de conditionare a vaccinului uleios inactivat contra bolii de Newcastle, caracterizat prin aceea ca foloseste o proportie de faza uleioasa în vaccin de 70%, proportia de emulgator în faza uleioasa de 3 parti, concentratia de antigen este de 10% pentru restul de faza apoasa utilizeaza colagen 20% si procesul de inactivare cu formol realizîndu-se ulterior si în conditii de temperatura scazuta (4...8 degree C)
