Abstract
Se obtine proteina monocelulara prin cultivarea drojdiilor din specia Pichia sau Candida folosind ca sursa de carbon un carbhidrat, alcool sau hidrocarbura, mentinînd pH-ul biomasei culturii constant, prin mentinerea constanta a gradului de consumare a a moniacului. Procedeul se aplica pe scara industriala a proteinei monocelulare în conditii de control rapid si de mare eficienta a procesului tehnologic.
