Abstract
Procedeu de preparare a sulfoxizilor optic activi cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R reprezinta grupa carboxil sau carbaloxi cu 2...7 atomi de carbon, caracterizat prin aceea ca, se aduce în reactie tioeter optic activ cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R are semnificatia aratata mai sus cu perhidrol de concentratie 36% reactantii fiind luati în raport de greutate circa 3:1 la temperatura de 15...20 degree C, apoi amestecul de reactie care poate fi trecut sub forma de ester în mod obisnuit.Process for the preparation of optically active sulfoxides of the general formula I wherein R represents a carboxyl or carboxyl group of 2 to 7 carbon atoms, characterized in that an optically active thioether of the general formula II : where R has the significance shown above with 36% concentration of perhydrol, the reactants being taken in a weight ratio of about 3: 1 at a temperature of 15-20 ° C, then the reaction mixture which may be passed under the form of the ester is customary.
