Factor hepator protector natural, caracterizat prin aceea ca este o substanta peptidica, animala, din splina, care la analiza calitativa pune în evidenta acid aspartic, acid glutanic, peptide acide, zahar si ioni de Ca, Mg, K, Na, Cl, iar la analiza elementara un continut de 11% + - 1,00 carbon, 2,3 + - 0,5% hidrogen, 2,5 + - 0,5% azot.
