Abstract

The invention relates to a collar for clamping the elbow of a gutter, meant to be used in a roof rain water flow installation. According to the invention, the collar comprises two right segments (a) interconnected under a right angle by a bent segment (b), having at its ends some collars (c) for clamping a gutter (10), which are provided with some labyrinth seals (9) mounted therein, the clamping collars (c) having some clamps (d) along some front edges (2), said clamps (d) consisting of a locking lever (3) and a stretching connecting piece (5) interconnected by a mobile joint (6), an end of the locking lever (3) being bent down in a latch (4) of the gutter (10), while an end of the stretching connecting piece (5) is fixed in an inclined position in a fixed joint (7) whose rotation axis is located along the front edge (2) of a wall of the collar (c) for clamping the gutter (10).
