Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic machine for selling products. According to the invention, the automatic machine has, as basic piece, an automaton equipped with shelves (3), an area (4) for processing card and cash payments, several buttons (2) corresponding to the products in the automaton and an LCD display (1), the so-made assembly operating in such a way that, when a customer lifts a product from one of the shelves (3), a signal is automatically transmitted towards the LCD display (1) and towards the area (4) for processing the payments, and the customer pays the value of the product he/she lifted from the shelf.

Se cunosc în prezent mai multe dispozitive asemănătoare cum ar fi automatele pentru sucuri, dulciuri, si alte dispozitive asemănătoare, care folosesc principiul deplasării produselor cu ajutorul unor împingătoare. Automatele existente au dezavantajul căacest mecanism cu împingătoare costă relativ mult, iar produsele împinse sunt în cădere liberă în partea inferioară a automatului ceea ce oferă posibilitatea de a apărea distrugerea produsului în urma căderii de pe raft.There are currently several similar devices known, such as juice vending machines, candy vending machines, and other similar devices, which use the principle of moving products with the help of pushers. The existing vending machines have the disadvantage that this pusher mechanism is relatively expensive, and the pushed products are in free fall at the bottom of the vending machine, which offers the possibility of product destruction after falling off the shelf.

Problema pe care o rezolvă invenția este aceea a eliminării riscului de a se deteriora produsele în timpul manevrării de către mecanismul de transport, dar și problema utlizării butoanelor pentru a selecta produsul dorit.The problem that the invention solves is that of eliminating the risk of damaging products during handling by the transport mechanism, but also the problem of using buttons to select the desired product.

Dispozitivul comform invenției înlătură dezavantajele precizate mai sus, prin utilizarea unui sistem diferit unde produsele nu sunt împinse de pe raft direct în partea de jos a aparatului, având la bază un alt principiu mult mai puțin costisitor și în același timp acest principiu permite ca automatul să înregistreze comanda automat în omentul în care clientul ridică cu mâna produsul dorit, după care automat aparatul afișează pe un ecran suma pe care trebuie să o plătească clientul în funcție de ce produs a ridicat de pe raft. De asemenea o alta caracteristică nouă se referă la modalitatea de distribuire al produselor de pe raft care nu permite riscul de a se bloca produsele înainte să cadă de pe raft.Acesta invenție este compusă din următoarele componente: un automat prevăzut cu rafturi, o zonă de procesare plăți cash și cârd,multe butoane în funcție de numărul produselor din automat, un ecran LCD și o placă de bază.The device according to the invention eliminates the disadvantages mentioned above, by using a different system where the products are not pushed from the shelf directly to the bottom of the machine, based on another much less expensive principle and at the same time this principle allows the machine to automatically register the order at the moment the customer picks up the desired product with his hand, after which the machine automatically displays on a screen the amount that the customer must pay depending on which product he picked up from the shelf. Also, another new feature refers to the method of distributing the products on the shelf which does not allow the risk of the products getting stuck before they fall from the shelf. This invention is composed of the following components: a machine equipped with shelves, a cash and card payment processing area, many buttons depending on the number of products in the machine, an LCD screen and a motherboard.
