Abstract
The invention refers to an ergonomic anti-sedentary home office assembly intended for computer working at home, eliminating the immobility and stillness of the human body during the prolonged work when the human eyes are focused on the display device. According to the invention, the assembly consists of a chair equipped with a movable seat (1) with the role of permanently changing the position of the human body pelvis, a fixed backrest (2), foldable tables (5 and 8) on which the computer and its accessories are placed, supports (18 and 19) on which the chair remote control device and the personal mobile phone are attached, the moving seat (1) performing oscillating horizontal movements of ten degrees in one direction and ten degrees in the opposite direction and vertical movements of four degrees up and four degrees down, the chair having a headrest (14) that rotates at the same angles as the seat (1), synchronously, but in the opposite direction, as compared to the seat, to oscillatingly twist the upper cervical part of the spine by slowly rotating the head by means of the headrest (14).
