Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o structură rutieră inteligentă fonoabsorbantă, antipolei, antivibraţii, concepută să reducă viteza de deplasare a autovehiculelor care depăşesc limita de viteză impusă tronsonului de drum, prin preluarea şi transformarea energiei cinetice a autovehiculului în energie electrică. Structura rutieră, conform invenţiei, cuprinde, pe lângă structurile clasice (1, 2, 3) în care sunt introduse materiale obţinute din deşeuri, şi un covor (4) realizat din cauciuc, prevăzut cu ramuri sau camere de presurizare/depresurizare, care asigură o presiune optimă pentru o viteză impusă, un radar (R) pentru determinarea vitezei autovehiculului care urmează să parcurgă un sector cu limitare de viteză, viteză care este transmisă la un calculator (C) conectat cu un sistem de automatizare (9) căruia îi semnalizează comenzile de efectuat, calculator (C) care, fiind dotat cu baza de date şi cunoştinţe utilizând inteligenţa artificială, primeşte de la sistem informaţii referitoare la viteza de deplasare a autovehiculului şi presiunile din camerele de presurizare/depresurizare, acţionând în consecinţă.
