Abstract

Invenţia se referă la materiale de tip mixtură asfaltică utilizate ca strat rutier unic de bază şi de legătură, care are în compoziţie, pe lângă agregatele minerale convenţionale, şi particule granulate din deşeuri de sticlă şi materiale plastice indiferent de codul de răşină identificat şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acesteia. Materialele conform invenţiei au următoarele compoziţii:1) material cu înlocuirea totală a agregatelor naturale compus din deşeuri de sticlă cu granulaţia cuprinsă între 0...4 mm în procent de 55...70% din masa totală a mixturii, deşeuri din materiale plastice mărunţite la dimensiuni cuprinse între 0...10 mm în procent de 25...40% din masa totală a mixturii şi cel mult 5% filer, şi2) material din deşeuri de sticlă granulate în sorturi cuprinse între 0...4 şi 4...8 mm reprezentând 15...40% din masa totală a mixturii, deşeuri din materiale plastice mărunţite la 0...10 mm reprezentând 5...20% din masa totală a mixturii, 40...70% din masa totală a mixturii sunt agregate minerale convenţionale de tip rocă, iar cantitatea de filer este de 3...5% procente din masa totală a mixturii. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în amestecarea sticlei împreună cu agregatele şi filerul la o temperatură cuprinsă între 160...180°C, după care se adaugă bitumul încălzit la 180°C şi se malaxează amestecul timp de 30...35 secunde, se adaugă constituentul din plastic mărunţit şi se malaxează în continuare încă 10...15 secunde până la obţinerea unei mixturi asfaltice polimerizate.
