Abstract
The invention relates to a heat exchanger used for heating industrial gases of high pressure and temperature, using high-temperature flue gas as a heating agent. According to the invention, the heat exchanger comprises a conduit (3) wherethrough the flue gas flows and inside which at least one bundle of heat pipes (1) formed of finned pipes (2) is provided transverse to the longitudinal axis of the conduit (3), at the upper part of the conduit (3), a pressure vessel (10) with industrial gas inlets (11) and outlets (12) being mounted, the above mentioned heat pipes (1) being arranged inside some finned pipes in the shape of sealed sheaths (6) which are fixed at the lower end (7) into a plate (8) which separates the conduit (3) from the pressure vessel (10) while, at the upper end, some covers (9) are fixed.
