Abstract
Description
Comprimate masticabile cu acțiune antiinflamatorie și antialgică folosite pentru faringiteChewable tablets with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic action used for pharyngitis
The invention relates to the manufacture of tablets with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic action used for the adjuvant treatment of acute and chronic pharyngeal inflammatory processes.
Numerous products with action on microbial or viral pharyngitis are known in the literature. Of these we mention the product Faringosept, Dermogent 50ml and Faringoplant produced by Dacia Plant, Evitus produced by Hofigal, Garlicops, Immunostim, Malavit lotion and others. These have the disadvantage that they do not ensure a sufficient reduction of the pains and burns during the inflammatory oropharyngeal processes.
The chewable tablets with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic action proposed according to the invention, improve the treatment of pharyngeal symptoms, in that they consist of ascorbic acid 100-400mg / cp, preferably 230mg / cp, Echinacea extract 50-100mg / cp, preferably 50mg, Residue dry of Propolis tincture 3-15mg / cp, preferably 15mg, Black pepper 0.01-8mg / cp, preferably 6mg, basil oil 10-40mg / cp, preferably 30mg, eucalyptus oil 10-40mg / cp , preferably 15mg, Peppermint oil 8-30md / tablet, preferably 20 / cp, Methylene blue 0, ll, 9mg / cp, preferably 0.5mg, Sorbitol 500800mg / cp, preferably 600mg, Maltodextrin 100-200mg / cp, preferably 165mg / cp, Lactose 100-150mg, preferably 120mg / cp, Microcrystalline cellulose 20-60mg / cp preferably 40mg / cp, Manitol 40-80mg / tablet, preferably 60mg, alcohol 60-120mg / cp , preferably llOmg, PVP 40-60mg / cp, preferably 54mg, Magnesium stearate20-35mg / cp, preferably 32mg.
The chewable tablet product is recommended as an adjunct in bacterial, viral or mixed acute or chronic pharyngeal inflammatory processes that cause local dysphagia, pain and burns. Its function is exercised by the specific actions of its components of stimulating the immunocompetent system, or local antibacterial and antiviral action made by propolis, vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Echinaceae herba, peppermint oil (Mentae aetheroleum), eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptiether) , basil oil (Ocimum basilicum), black pepper (Polygoni hydropiperis herba) and methylene blue.
The following is an example of an embodiment of the invention.
Se omogenizează Acidul ascorbic, Echinaceea, Piperul negru, Sorbitolul, Manitolul, Lactoza și se obține faza A. Se dizolvă în alcool mentolul și PVP în care ιThe ascorbic acid, Echinacea, black pepper, sorbitol, mannitol, lactose are homogenized and phase A. The menthol and PVP are dissolved in alcohol where ι
The methylene blue is dissolved in the propolis tincture and the C phase is obtained. Include Phase C in Phase A, and then Phase and Phase B are added. The product is then passed through the mill, granulated and dried in the dryer in a fluidized layer, the granulate obtained is homogenized with microcrystalline cellulose, talc and magnesium stearate, after which is inserted into the tablet machine.
The tablets obtained have the advantage that they are active in acute or chronic pharyngeal inflammatory processes, constituting an adjuvant treatment in such situations.
