Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un compus de ruteniu şi la un procedeu pentru prepararea acestuia, utilizat ca agent antitumoral. Compusul conform invenţiei are formula generală [RuCl(DMSO)(L)]x mDMSOxnHO, în care L este un ligand chinolonic selectat dintre acid pipemidic (pip), enoxacină (enx), norfloxacină (nf), ciprofloxacină (cp), enrofloxacină (enro), ofloxacină (of) sau levofloxacină (levof), şi valorile m şi n diferă în funcţie de ligandul L. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din dizolvarea ligandului chinolonic în dimetilsulfoxid, prin adăugarea de RuClanhidră sau o cantitate corespunzătoare de sare hidratată, astfel încât raportul ion metalic:ligand:solvent să fie 1:2:42, după care amestecul rezultat se agită şi se încălzeşte convenţional sau la microunde, apoi proba se răceşte, se tratează cu o soluţie 2M de clorură de sodiu, rezultând un precipitat brun, care se filtrează, se spală şi se usucă.
