Abstract

The invention relates to an assembly consisting of a rotor and a stator, which transforms the potential energy of a fluid into mechanical energy. According to the invention, the hydraulic turbine consists of a stator (2) wherein there is placed a shaft (6) to which there is reinforced a rotor (5) on which there are fastened some blades (4) driven by the water introduced under pressure through a man-hole (3) allowing the access into the space delimited by a lower cover (7), a ring (8) and an upper cover (9) of the stator (2), the jet of fluid being successively redirected towards the blades (4) by means of some deflectors (10) and, after the most part of the potential energy is transformed into mechanical work, the fluid leaves the turbine through a discharge hole (11), the water discharge being possible due to a sector (12) fastened on the stator (2) in the discharge area which obturates the space between the stator (2) and blades (4), of a guiding-sealing ring (13) applied on the lower cover (7) in order to close the space existing between the lower cover (7) and the blades (4) in the water discharge area and that of a guiding-sealing ring (14) applied on the upper cover (9) which closes the space existing between the upper cover (9) and the blades (4) in the water discharge area.

Description

The invention relates to a hydraulic turbine with circular flow, which converts the potential energy of a fluid into mechanical energy.

A hydraulic turbine is known, according to US patent 1661716 / 06.03.1928, which is composed of a stator provided with two water access holes, through which the water introduced under pressure acts on blades mounted on a rotor, rigidized on the turbine shaft. , which ensures the rotation of the blades operated successively by the jet of water, the action of the jet being redirected successively to the blades of the turbine of some baffles. The turbine is provided with two outlet holes, the discharge of the water being determined by two sectors that obstruct the space between the stator and the blades in the water discharge area.

The technical problem, which the invention solves, consists in filling the space between the stator and the blades, in order to optimize the potential energy in the case of water supply systems with successive pressure breaks.

Turbina hidraulică cu flux circular, conform invenției, prezintă următoarele avantaje:The hydraulic turbine with circular flow, according to the invention, has the following advantages:

- necesită cantități mai reduse de fluid de acționare;- require smaller amounts of operating fluid;

- este ușor de montat și de întreținut;- it is easy to install and maintain;

- elimină necesitatea unor lucrări hidrologice complicate;- eliminates the need for complicated hydrological works;

- prezintă un cost scăzut de producție;- has a low cost of production;

- reduce impactului ecologic al proceselor de producere a energiei electrice.- reduces the ecological impact of the processes of electricity production.

1 și 2, care reprezintă:An example of embodiment of the invention is given below, in connection with FIG. 1 and 2, representing:

- fig. 1, vedere laterală a turbinei hidraulice cu flux circular;FIG. 1, side view of the hydraulic turbine with circular flow;

- fig. 2, secțiune după un plan A-A prin turbina hidraulică cu flux circular.FIG. 2, section according to a plan A-A through the hydraulic turbine with circular flow.

The hydraulic turbine 1 with circular flow, according to the invention, is made up of a stator 2, provided with an access mouth 3 for water, whereby the pressurized water introduced into the turbine acts on blades 4, mounted on a rotor 5, rigidized on the axis of the turbine 6, which ensures the rotation of the blades operated successively by the water jet, in a space delimited by a lower cover 7, a ring 8 and a higher cover 9, the action of the fluid jet being redirected successively to the blades 4 of the turbine, of deflectors 10, which have the role of accelerating the flow velocity of the fluid. After much of the potential energy is transformed into a mechanical work, the fluid leaves the turbine through an outlet 11, the water being forced out by a sector 12 that obstructs the space between the stator and blades in the water discharge area, by a ring 13 guide-seal, applied on the lower cover 7 of the stator 2, which closes the gap between the lower cover 7 and the blades 4 in the water outlet area, and a guide-seal ring 14, applied on the upper cover 9 of the stator 2 in the water drainage area.
