Abstract

The invention relates to a sensing device for simultaneously measuring the dynamic components, the contingent ones and the axial ones, the cutting force upon the internal grinding. The sensing device comprises a mobile jack (1) where there is fastened a working piece (2) which provides the transmission of the cutting force components towards some distinct electrotensiometric transducers for measuring the two components of the cutting edge. Thus, in order to measure the contingent component, the angular rotation movement of the mobile jack (1) is transmitted to some elastic elements (4) with transducers, by means of some threaded rods (6), each rod supporting a sensor (5). In order to measure the axial component of the cutting force, the translation movement of the mobile jack (1) is transmitted to some other elastic elements (7), with transducers, by means of a central axle (8) mounted inside a jack (9), fastened inside the mobile jack (1), in an adjustable position.
