Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un aditiv utilizat pentru combaterea depunerilor şi coroziunii în cuptoarele de încălzire sau în generatoarele de abur şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia. Aditivul conform invenţiei este constituit dintr-o soluţie apoasă care conţine 25...40 g/l ioni K, 60...80 g/l ioni NO, 5...11 g/l ioni NH, NHNO, 30...50 mg/l Cr, 5...35% alcool etilic (saumonoetilenglicol), având pH mai mare de 8 şi temperatura de congelare cuprinsă între -5 şi -21°C. Procedeul de obţinere a aditivului constă în aceea că se prepară o soluţie de azotat de potasiu prin amestecarea a 4...10 părţi KNOcu 30...100 părţi apă demineralizată şi o soluţie de NHNOprin amestecarea a 1...4 părţi NHNOcu 5...25 părţi apă demineralizată, se amestecă în proporţiide 35...110 părţi soluţie filtrată de KNOşi 5...30 părţi soluţie filtrată de NHNO, se adaugă 5...35 părţi alcool etilic sau monoetilenglicol, se aditivează amestecul obţinut cu 0,6 până la1,5 părţi soluţie apoasă 1% gravimetric (NH)CrO, se omogenizează soluţia obţinută, iar cu soluţie amoniacală de concentraţie 25%, se aduce pH-ul soluţiei finale la valori mai mari sau egale cu 8, părţile fiind exprimate în greutate.
