Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un săpun de sodiu cu densitate mică şi putere de spălare mare, la un procedeu şi la o instalaţie pentru obţinerea acestuia. Săpunul de sodiu, conform invenţiei, este constituitdin 58% untură de porc, 11,5% apă, 4,2% hidroxid de sodiu anhidru, 21,3% carbonat de sodiu anhidru, 3% clorură de sodiu şi 2% hipoclorit de sodiu., procentele fiind în greutate. Procedeul de obţinere a săpunului, conform invenţiei, constă în prepararea leşiei de hidroxid de sodiu, amestecarea pentru omogenizare, amestecarea leşiei cu grăsimea animală încălzită, înglobarea altor ingrediente, cum ar fi: conservant, colorant, ulei vegetal, ulei eteric, esenţă din plante. Instalaţia pentru aplicarea acestui procedeu, conform invenţiei, se compune din bazine de topire şi separare a grăsimilor de impurităţi (1, 5), dispozitive de omogenizare şi saponificare, forme de turnare, maşini de aşchiere-mărunţire şi mori de granulare.
