Abstract
Metoda radioizotopică, conform invenţiei, constă în aceea că se administrează pacientului, după cel puţin 12 h de la ultima masă, o doză de 0,20 MB/K corp de 99 mTc - DTPA, după care se colectează urina, pe o perioadă de 5 h, şi apoi pe perioada din următoarele 19 h, şi se determină radioactivitatea 99 mTc, prin procedeu cunoscut, interpretând ca normal valorile de cel mult 2,4% 99 mTc, la 5 h, şi cel mult 7,3% 99 mTc, la 24 h.
