Abstract
The invention relates to a superabrasive grinding tool with internal cooling means, designed for planing micro-cut of metal, sintered metal carbides, ceramics, glass or graphite, used in fine mechanics and engineering industry. According to the invention, the tool comprises a body ( 1 ) integral with an active layer ( 2 ) said body having 6 to 12 recesses ( c ) communicating with some channels ( b ) whereby the cooling fluid is flown through a duct ( 4 ) to a tank ( c ) limited by a surface ( d ) of the body ( 1 ) and a deflector ( 3 ) is evacuated by a centrifuging action to the contact area ( e ) of the active body (2 ) with the working piece ( 6 ).
