Abstract
The invention relates to a drilling fluid aeration system for crossing productive deformations or circulation losses, used for drilling oil and gas wells, water wells, for non-ferrous works. The drilling fluid aeration device for traversing depleted productions or circulation losses ensures that the drilling fluid is aerated to control its specific gravity in that it consists of a mud pump (1) connected by a pipe (3) ) to a hob (2), from where the drilling fluid is absorbed and fed through a hose (4). The mud pump (1) is connected to a first manifold (5) connected to a secondary manifold (5), followed by an aeration device (8) mounted on an electrocompressor (9). The installation provides a secondary mud pump (13), from where the fluid can pass through the first monopole (5) connected to a charger (16) and to a hydraulic head (18) mounted on the drill string gasket (19).
