Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un panou compozit, destinat, în special, formării unui perete de container, de remorcă sau de caroserie de vehicul, sau pentru realizarea de pereţi despărţitori într-o clădire,şi este alcătuit dintr-un miez (2) dispus între două straturi exterioare de lucru (3, 4), în care miezul (2) se prezintă sub forma unei plăci din particule aglomerate din lemn, hidrofugate prin tratare cu o emulsie de parafină, având o granulometrie variabilă în funcţie de poziţia lor în interiorul plăcii, cu granule având o dimensiune de maximum 10 mm şi care prezintă o variaţie parabolică a densităţii, în funcţie de grosime, cuprinsă între densităţi maxime, la suprafeţele exterioare, de 775...875 kg/mşi densităţi minime, în interiorul miezului, de 450...550 kg/m, miezul fiind fixat între straturile exterioare (3 şi 4) cu un clei de răşină melaminformaldehidică.
