Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor recipiente din aluminiu, destinate stocării şi păstrării gazelor comprimate, lichefiate şi dizolvate. Procedeul constă într-o succesiune de faze după cum urmează: dintr-o tablă de aluminiu se detaşează un semifabricat de prelucrat, sub formă de disc, ce se ambutisează direct, în urma acesteia rezultând o piesă de formă cilindrică, scurtă, cu diametrul mare, racordată la un fund închis. În faza a treia, are loc o ambutisare inversă, în care masa materialului este supusă unei compresiuni mari, care duce la ecruisarea aluminiului; această ambutisare inversă este adâncă şi se realizează fără elemente de reţinere şi întindere. În a patra fază, se realizează o ambutisare inversă, de reîntoarcere pe faţă a semifabricatului, rezultând o piesă cilindrică cu diametru redus, având peretele îngroşat, racordat la un fund închis. În faza a cincea, piesa rezultată, aflată în rotaţie, este supusă unor operaţii succesive de strivire şi întindere cu ecruisare, până la obţinerea unei grosimi stabilite. În ultima fază, se realizează umărul şi gâtul piesei.The invention relates to a process for obtaining aluminum containers for storing and preserving compressed, liquefied and dissolved gases. In the third phase, there is an inversion drawing, in which the mass of the material is subjected to a large compression, which leads to the extrusion of the aluminum; this reversal is deep and it is carried out without restraining and tensioning elements. In the fourth phase, a reverse reversal of the half-fabric is made, resulting in a reduced diameter cylindrical piece having the thickened wall connected to a closed bottom. In the fifth phase, the resulting rotating piece is subjected to successive crushing and extrusion operations until a set thickness is obtained. In the last phase, the shoulder and neck of the piece are made.
