Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv de crestare a tablelor ondulate utilizate ca elemente de omogenizare a substanţelor vâscoase din industria chimică. Problema tehnică pe care o rezolvă invenţia este de a realiza un dispozitiv de crestare a tablelor ondulate, care să asigure crestarea, prin ştanţarea (şliţuire) unor porţiuni dintr-un semifabricat sub forma unei table ondulate sau în zig-zag, urmată de îndoirea diametral opusă a acelei porţiuni, prin deformare plastică. Dispozitivul conform invenţiei este alcătuit, în principal, dintr-o matriţă (4) care are o formă profilată, corespunzătoare profilului semifabricatului în care se practică o cavitate identică cu forma finală a crestăturii. Matriţa (4) este poziţionată sub un anumit unghi (alpha) faţă de direcţia de deplasare a unui poanson prismatic, care are partea activă identică cu forma finală a crestăturii şi a cavităţii din matriţă, şi faţă de care se poate deplasa relativ un tampon (19) având la rândul său un profil înclinat, conjugat faţă de matriţă,The invention relates to a corrugated grooving device used as a homogenizing element for viscous substances in the chemical industry.
