Abstract

Inventia se refera la o metoda si un sistem de predictie a cutremurelor de pamânt, de magnitudini si intensitati medii si mari. Metoda de predictie a cutremurelor prevede sesizarea electronica a starii de agitatie a unor animale sensibile la undele seismice, prin convertirea miscarilor pe care acesti receptori le fac în interiorul unor incinte, în semnale video complexe, transformarea lor în semnale optice, iar, apoi, în impulsuri electrice a caror frecventa este proportionala cu dinamica semnalelor optice fata de o referinta, compararea cu o frecventa prag, generarea unei alarme locale, iar la coincidenta alarmelor locale, generarea starii de alarma generala. Sistemul de predictie a cutremurelor foloseste patru canale receptoare de unde seismice, formate din patru incinte în care se afla receptorii biologici urmariti cu camere de luat vederi si monitoare, peste care sunt suprapuse matrici cu elemente fotosensibile, care transpun imaginile în impulsuri electrice urmarite de un bloc de control, care genereaza starea de alarma.
