Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de separare a solventilor clorurati din slamul de fotopolimer, în vederea reutilizarii lor în fluxul tehnologic. Slamul contine circa 80% solvent (clorura de metilen sau 1, 1, 1-tricloretan sau tricloretilena). Metoda consta în încalzirea unei dispersii de slam în solutii apoase de polimeri la presiune atmosferica sau la o presiune mai mica decît cea atmosferica ( în cazul tricloretilenei) si la o temperatura convenabila, astfel încît azeotropul solvent-apa sa se vaporizeze prin fierbere. Prin condensarea vaporilor astfel obtinuti se separa ca faza organica un solvent cu proprietati corespunzatoare recircularii în procesul de fabricatie. Fotopolimerul desolventat se obtine sub forma granulata, cu dimensiunea granulelor 1...8 mm, dupa conditiile de lucru putînd fi folosit în alte scopuri. Procedeul asigura separarea a peste 80% din solventul continut în slam.
