Abstract
Cloth comprises warp and weft (1.44 ratio) combined 68 den. 32 filament and 120 den. 26 filament polyester: 80 twists per m viscose fibre threads. With anchoring via 7 per cent polyvinyl alcohol solution, and sodium hydroxide finishing, e.g. continuous with 311 g/litre of solution, evaporation at 112-115 degrees C for 3-4 minutes is followed by washing neutralising with 1 m litre/litre acetic acid solution, dyeing with dispersion and direct dyes respectively, and drying. Hot fixing is carried out at 170-180 degrees C over 45-60 seconds.
