Abstract
Inventia se refera la un mecanism multifunctional, destinat masinilor de prelucrat roti dintate cu dinti frontali si laterali, drepti sau curbi. Mecanismul multifunctional, conform inventiei, este alcatuit dintr-un reductor (1), cu niste motoare electrice (2 si 3), pentru miscarea de avans, respectiv retragerea rapida. Deplasarea unei sanii (6), se efectueaza printr-un mecanism surub-pilita (7), iar arborele (9) ce fixeaza semifabricatele (10 si 11), este rotit la miscarea de divizare (a), de o tija cu cremaliera (14) sub actiunea miscarii de retragere rapida (b). Indexarea se obtine cu o roata (17) si un indexor (18), actionat fiind de niste resorturi (19 si 20). Terminarea prelucrarii este sesizata de un microcontactor (21), ce comanda simultan oprirea motorului electric (2), actionarea frânei (4) si pornirea motorului electric (3).The invention relates to a multifunctional mechanism, intended for machining toothed wheels with frontal and lateral, straight or curved teeth.
