Abstract

Inventia se refera la o compozitie pentru obtinerea de bare pe baza de PVC, cu structura compacta, fara porozitati. Compozitia este constituita din: 80...100 parti în greutate PVC cu K 61-67, 5...15 parti carbonat de Ca tratat, 1...6 parti stabilizator de Pb, 0,1...0,8 parti stearina hidrogenata si 4...10 parti plastifiant ftalat de 2-etil-hexil. Aceasta compozitie, sub forma granulata, este prelucrata în bare dure PVC, cu diametre mai mari de 10mm, pe o instalatie speciala de extrudere în cascada, alcatuita din doua extrudere cu axele perpendiculare, având L/D=20...24 si respectiv L/D=2...5, în zona de cuplare a celor doua extrudere, fiind prevazut un orificiu de vizitare si degazare prin vacuum.
