Abstract
Inventia se refera la o celula flexibila robotizanta cu un singur post de lucru încalzirea, perierea si vopsirea formelor metalice (cochile, lingotiere) pentru turnarea cilindrilor de laminor, a valturilor pentru industria hârtiei si industria alimentara si a diferitelor tipuri de lingouri de otel, dotata cu arzator de gaz metan si aer cald, cu dispozitiv de vopsire, prin pulverizare cu mai multe duze. Dispozitivele sunt actionate automat, în vederea desfasurarii procesului tehnologic de pregatire a formelor prin intermediul unei mese de indexare prevazute cu cilindri hidraulici de ridicare, instalatie hidraulica si cu tablou de comanda. Celula robotizata este dotata cu un bazin cu apa, în care, prin intermediul unui exhauster, sunt retinute pulberile rezultate în urma perierii formelor.
