Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru recuperarea prin piroliza din gunoi, a unui gaz valorificabil. în acest sens gunoiul este presat pentru a se forma pelete sau granule cu dimensiune de 1...50 mm, este adus la un continut de substanta uscata de cel putin 75% si este apoi introdus într-un tambur de semicarbonitare încalzit, în care se produce gaz de semicarbonizare care se separa de materialele reziduale, cum sunt cenusa si alte particule mici. Gazul de semicarbonizare produs este descompus într-un convertizor de gaze în care se introduce aer si, în prezenta unui pat de carbune incandenscent, se obtine un gaz combustibil. Gunoiul se separa, în prealabil într-o fractiune umeda a substantelor vegetale si într-o fractiune usoara cu greutate mai redusa. Fractiunea usoara este presata, în continuare, pentru a forma brichete, pelete sau granule si degazeificata prin piroliza, iar fractiunea umeda este trimisa într-o instalatie de biogaz pentru formarea de gaz metan.
