Acest utilaj este construit dintr-un corp cilindric având în interior mai multe placi de uniformizare a curgerii, prevazute cu orificii sau fante prin care circula în contracurent schimbatorul de ioni si faza lichida ce contine componentul care urmeaza a fi separat. Faza lichida se deplaseaza în sens ascendent fluidizând stratul de schimbator de ioni care, în acelasi timp, este supus unor pulsatii în sens ascendent sau în ambele sensuri de catre un dispozitiv tip piston. Ca urmare se realizeaza o eficacitate ridicata a procedeului si,totodata, o crestere a fiabilitatii instalatiei.The invention relates to a column for the separation of some compounds from a solution. According to the invention, the column is intended for the continuous separation with ion exchangers of a component of a solution. This machine is constructed of a cylindrical body having several flow-smoothing plates provided with holes or slots through which the ion exchanger and the liquid phase containing the component to be separated are circulated countercurrently. The liquid phase moves upward, fluidizing the ion exchange layer, which is at the same time subjected to pulses in ascending or in both directions by a piston-type device. As a result, a high efficiency of the process is achieved and, at the same time, an increase in the reliability of the installation.
