Abstract
The process comprises cultivation of microorganism Aspergillus niger registered in the ICPVILF collection (No. 3) on cultivation medium. This latter comprises wine grape husks, disodium phosphate, ammonium oxalate and sodium chloride. The cultivation takes 120 h at 30-32 deg.C with 10 minutes interval rotation at pH 4.5. The biomass is mixed with sterile water and agitated for 2 hours at 200 rpm, for filtration and centrifugation to 400 UPG/ml.
