Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor rasini aminoformaldehidice constând în depolimerizarea para-formaldehida, concomitent cu obtinerea derivatilor metiolici la pH alcalin, urmata de eterificarea si condensare acestora la pH acid.
