Abstract

The chamber comprises a nuclear radiation dosimetry system made as a parallelepiped plastics casing. This has a window foil of 0.8-3.5 mg/cm3 with an effective surface area of 450 cm2 and longitudinal electrodes. The system obviates the need for contamination level measurement and exposure of the nuclear site nuclear installation plant.
