Abstract
Inventia de fata consta în aceea ca are formula generala (I): (vezi formula în text) în care R este un rest alifatic monocarboxilic superior cu catena normala C sub 3 - C sub 6, C sub 8, C sub 10 si respectiv acizi cu catena ramificata C sub 5 izo, C sub 2-4 (2 etil hexanoic), superiori, conform careia se realizeaza sinteza prin esterificarea acestuia cu acizi alifatici în sistem azeotrop, folosind un exces de 20...50% acid alifatic monocarboxilic, 1...3% catalizator acid ales dintre acid benzen sulfonic, acid p-toluen sulfonic, H2SO4, un antrenant ales dintre benzen, toluen sau xilen în cantitate echivalenta pâna la dublu fata de cantitatea de diol luata în lucru, fierberea la reflux timp de 1,5...3 h, dupa care se purifica printr-o succesiune de faze constând din filtrarea suspensiei solide, îndepartare în vacuum a agentului de antrenare si a excesului de alcool, spalari alcaline si cu apa demineralizata, devolatizare si decolorare.The present invention is that it has the general formula (I): wherein R is a higher aliphatic monocarboxylic residue with the normal C chain below 3 - C under 6, C under 8, C under 10 and, respectively, acids with a branched chain C under 5 iso, C under 2-4 (2 ethyl hexanoic), superior, according to which synthesis is achieved by esterification thereof with aliphatic acids in azeotropic system using an excess of 20 ... 50% aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, 1 ... 3% acid catalyst selected from benzene sulfonic acid, p-toluene sulfonic acid, H2SO4, an enantiomer chosen from benzene, toluene or xylene in an amount equivalent to twice the amount of diol taken in the work, boiling under reflux for 1.5 to 3 hours, after which it is purified by a succession of phases consisting of filtration of the solid suspension, vacuum removal of the entrainment agent and excess of alcohol, alkaline washings and demineralized water, devolatization and discoloration.
